ear pellets for obesity

to whom it may concern,
i have a question regarding the use of ear pellets to suppress appetite.
do stainless steel, silver and gold pellets have the same effects? or, would gold suppress and silver stimulate the points related to organs such as the stomach and sensations such as hunger? or, vice versa?
