Acupuncture and Food Allergies?

My wife has bad food allergies, I was wondering if acupuncture would help cure the allergies?

Has anybody here had acupuncture to help allergies?

Did it help?

How many sessions is typical, where about would they place the needles etc?

1I'm sorry if this is irrelavant to your question but I found this article about EPD, which is supposed to be the most successful treatment so far for allergies (please see article).
Also,Aloe Vera has a powerful healing action on the gut.
(you could also type in allergies or food allergies in search for more articles on this site)

From: Michele

i have had acupuncture for lactose intolorence and i was very bad off. it worked wonderfully for me. i was able to eat any thing with dairy in it up until recently now i have to have it redone. i was symptom free for 5-7 years. give it a shot it's worth it.
