Acupuncture for Crohns Disease (IBD)?

Has anyone tried acupunture to treat / cure their crohns? If yes, was it effective? I am on a very restrictive diet and I want to start eating more foods. I have crohns for 7 years. Should I try Acupuncture?? Thanks
